Head of PMO - Marketing Department

BFR Trading is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Marketing department as the Head of PMO. As the Head of PMO, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our project management office, ensuring the successful delivery of marketing projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the project management office, overseeing all marketing projects and initiatives.

• Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Provide guidance and support to project managers, helping them to successfully execute their projects.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, risks, and challenges.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in project management software and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
